An ageing commercial building with a legacy central chiller plant system (1.515 kW/RT). Target: Green Mark Platinum — without prohibitive capital cost and without disrupting an occupied building.
Replaced the aged central chiller plant system (1.515 → 0.57 kW/RT) — zero CapEx via performance contract plus available grants, with zero operational interruption.

First manufacturing plant to earn Green Mark Platinum (Existing Building) — a 14-year-old chiller plant, recognised through optimisation alone. EENP Excellence in Energy Management.
A 24×7 semiconductor-grade plant ran on a 14-year-old chiller plant at 0.873 kW/RT. The brief: replace the outdated control system and reduce energy cost — without production downtime and without replacing capital equipment.
Detailed design, advanced control strategy, sequence-of-operations rewrite and on-site execution. Analytics-driven optimisation drove a 27% plant efficiency gain — and continuous monitoring sustained it for 8 years post-handover.
